George Ouellette was born of Lévi Ouellette and Hannah Poole on November 03rd 1867 and baptized in the St-Jean-Baptiste Catholic church in Prescott, Glengarry, ON.[1] He died at the age of 15 years on May 14th 1883, and was buried two days later in St. Raphael's Catholic church in Glengarry, ON.[2]
