Emma Louise Montroy (alt. Montray or Montreuille) was born August 19th 1895 of Oliver Montroy and Jane Audette in Ontario[1][2][3]. She was baptized September 13th 1896 at Williamstown & Glengarry[1]. She married George Ouellette and mothered William, John, Alexander (1917), Marie Lucienne Julianna (1919), and Joseph Gordon (1922) Willard[3][4][5][6][7]; her relation to their half-sibling Jackie Willard is not known[4]. She died between 1955 (when she was Sandra Willard's godmother) and 1992 (when she is listed as the late Emma Montroy in Gordon's obituary).[8][6]

She was registered in the 1911 Census (at the age of 15) as single, of French descent, and living with her family in Alexandria, Glengarry, Ontario.[2]
